Willis Makes Fox40 Coach of the Year

Queen’s Gaels Men’s Volleyball head coach Brenda Willis was named 2009-10 Fox 40 Ontario University Athletics (OUA) coach of the year.

Queens Bounces Back

The men’s volleyball team finished their run at the national championships in style Sunday, defeating the Thompson Rivers WolfPack in the fifth-place game. Queen’s won the first set 25-23, then lost the next two 15-25 and 21-25 before bouncing back to win the fourth set 25-18 and the decisive fifth set 15-13.

Gaels Meet Marauders

It was a roller coaster victory, but in the end Queen’s men’s volleyball knocked off the Waterloo Warriors 3-2 in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) quarter finals held Saturday in Bartlett Gymnasium.
