HPC 2009, July 2-7, Humber College, Toronto
The High Performance Centre (HPC)/Provincial Team (PT) program is the second last stage of the OVA’s Athletes Development pyramid. The HPC’s focus is on elite development. The OVA hosted over 90 athletes and over 20 coaches and staff at the 2009 HPC. There were intense drills in the gym and brain exercises in the classroom. This camp was also used to select athletes for the Provincial Teams.
Thank you to the athletes, parents, coaches and especially the staff at Humber College.
Some downtime for the athletes and coaches was enjoyed at a bowling alley which had a “Retro” theme . View the fun.
