Queens Tops McMaster Men
The Queen’s Golden Gaels men’s volleyball team posted a major upset Saturday, knocking off the previously undefeated McMaster Marauders in come-from-behind fashion at a packed Bartlett Gym.
After losing the first two sets against CIS’s third-ranked team, the Gaels (9-2) rallied to record a 3-2 victory (24-26, 15-25, 25-22, 25-9, 17-15) over the Marauders (10-1).
It was a rematch of the past two OUA championships – McMaster won last season, while Queen’s won two years ago.
